Rob McMillan
Rob is the founder of SVB Silicon Valley Bank’s Wine Division. Based in the Napa Valley, he is an expert in winery financing and the wine business, having developed his business skills in the wine regions of Washington, Oregon, Napa Valley, Sonoma and the Central Coast of California. Rob garners insight into the realities of the premium wine industry. He shares these insights directly with clients on a regular basis and with the greater community though proprietary client newsletters and participation in various wine industry associations

Sam Hathorn
Sam recently retired after 25 years as President/CEO of Trend Maker Homes, based in Houston, Texas. While traveling the globe, his passion/hobby became wine knowledge and collecting. His collection is currently in excess of 5,000 bottles. Sam turned his passion into a business reality by becoming an investor in Pioneer. Sam graduated from USC with a BA in Accounting, and immediately joined Price Waterhouse.

Jeff Fiedelman
Jeff has a diverse financial management and operations background. He is the former CFO of Substrate Technologies and held senior management positions in finance, operations and marketing at Alcatel and DSC Communications and was a former information technology consultant with Anderson Consulting. Jeff holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
