This year I purchased fruit from two vineyards for the blanc. The Viognier came from the Sentinel Oak vineyard. SOV is located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Amador County, California. “At 1,500 feet in California's beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills, the vineyard escapes the heat of the California central valley floor and is low enough to miss the frequent frosts experienced at higher altitudes.”  All of the Grenache blanc came from the Bokisch Ranch in Lodi. bokischvineyards.com
