Aubichon Cellars
The 2007 Aubichon Pinot Noir wines represent the inaugural release from Aubichon Cellars, a business partnership between Tom Mortimer and Jim Sanders, Aubichon’s winemaker. Aubichon fruit is sourced from exceptional hillside vineyards farmed by Buddy Beck, owner of Advanced Vineyard Systems and former vineyard manager for Domaine Drouhin – Oregon.
