Tasting Notes
Intensely floral and spicy on the nose, with strong pear, blood orange and lemon zest scents. Dry and rich in extract, with mineral-tinged citrus flavors that build through the long, nervy finish. A real dirt wine, as opposed to a fruit bomb, and one to serve to Burgundy lovers.
