Domaine Sallet

Raphael Sallet is one of several producers putting Mâcon-Uchizy  on the map, with Chardonnays that are fresh and pleasingly crisp. The familiar limestone characteristics of St. Aubin can be found in these wines, as well as a mellow, but prominent citrus fruit.
