Tasting Notes
Santorini is white wine territory, of course, and Assyrtiko is its principal grape, as white Santorini must be 75% Assyrtiko. Aged in stainless steel, this has good depth, a fat feel to it, with intensity at the end from the acidity. There is a bit of gravitas here, something more than a sunny, Summer wine, with good finish and mouthfeel.
