K Vintners

Charles Smith is both the owner and winemaker at K Vintners. Originally from Northern California, Charles spent some time living in Scandinavia, but has been involved with wine both professionally and personally his entire life. K Vintners currently produces from three different viticultural areas in Washington State: Red Mountain, Columbia Valley, and Walla Walla Valley, regions which have all proven to grow great Syrah. The winery produces small lots of single vineyard Syrah, with total production levels at only a couple of thousand cases per year.
