06 Malbec/Shiraz 'Cycle Buff Beauty'
The Malbec and Shiraz we kept as separate parcels prior to blending and consequently bottling. Pretty straightforward winemaking, we take the grapes, destem/cruch/ferment/press and let it sit for a year and a bit, blend then bottle.
