Fermentation was in a combination of open top and static fermenters. Average fermentation time was 14 days. The wines were tank pressed and pressing was light. All wines were aged on yeasts solids prior to racking.

Tasting Notes

Lifted plum with hints of violet with oak complexes of vanilla and hints of cinnamon. Bright red berry flavours coupled with powdery grape tannins elongated the length of the palate.
