09 Riesling 'Monsters Attack'
Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, free run and pressings split really early (about 4001/tonne) and settled. Both parcels were fermented around 12 degrees, except for the little parcel (less than 10%) which was fermented in neutral oak, which was allowed to do its own thing. Settled, blended, stabled and bottled.
