Terre Gaie

Terre Gaie's vineyards are in the hills of Euganea in the Veneto, about 250 meters above sea level. Their Prosecco is grown in volcanic soils, which imparts a lovely minerality to the 10-20-year-old vines.
Their Prosecco is classic, with orchard fruit notes, such as pear and white peach, and a spritely, effervescent body. Residual sugar is kept to a minimum for just a kiss of honey on the finish.
