Zodiac's distillery is located in eastern Idaho - in the heart of potato country. Here, the potatoes are grown under ideal conditions. They benefit from rich volcanic soil, snow-melt water, clean air, and a moderate climate. Zodiac starts with genuine Idaho potatoes, a water source that originates in the pristine Teton Mountains and an expert master distiller who puts all this together to create a fine, smooth vodka.

Unlike most other US vodkas who outsource their raw alcohol production, Zodiac actually makes the vodka that they sell. Zodiac uses a continuous distillation process, where the alcohol passes through a series of 91 stainless steel plates that extract impurities and create an American spirit unparalleled precision and purity. The alcohol is then blended with pure, Rocky Mountain spring water drawn from a deep well in the plains of the Snake River an carefully filtered through hand cut Canadian Birch charcoal and over rock crystals. Zodiac is made from beginning to end, entirely in Idaho, and under the strictest of quality standards. The end result is incredibly smooth, unique tasting vodka.
